本 App 面向調音與對音等專業或個人使用場景，強調本機處理與最小資料收集。
2. 我們收集哪些資料
本 App 不會要求您註冊帳號，也不會收集姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼或付款資訊。

3. 資料用途

- 依您的操作播放對應音高與音色，供聽感複核。
上述處理均在您的裝置上完成。
4. 權限說明
- 麥克風：用於聽音功能。您可隨時在系統設定中關閉麥克風權限；關閉後聽音功能將無法使用，手動選音發聲仍可使用。
5. 第三方與追蹤
- 本 App 不接入廣告 SDK，不使用廣告識別碼（如 IDFA）做追蹤。
- 本 App 不進行跨 App 或跨網站行為追蹤。
- 本 App 核心功能不依賴登入或雲端帳號。
6. 資料保存
用於分析的音訊資料不會持久化為錄音檔上傳。裝置本機的偏好設定會保留至您刪除 App 或清除相關資料為止。
7. 兒童隱私
本 App 不以兒童為主要對象。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。若您認為兒童提供了個人資料，請與我們聯繫，我們將協助處理。
8. 國際傳輸
由於音訊與核心設定均在本機處理與保存，本 App 不會因核心功能而將您的錄音傳輸至其他國家或地區的伺服器。

1. Introduction
Welcome to Tone Lab (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to your privacy.
The App is designed for tuning and pitch-reference use cases, with on-device processing and minimal data collection.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details.
- Microphone audio (on-device only): With your permission, the App uses the microphone for real-time pitch and timbre analysis and may generate local synthesis. Audio buffers exist briefly in device memory for computation.
- App settings (on-device): Preferences such as A4 reference and listening sensitivity are stored only on your device.
We do not upload, store on servers, or share your recordings or audio buffers.
3. How We Use Information
- Show live note name, frequency (Hz), and cents offset;
- Analyze timbre traits and suggest playback presets;
- Play back pitch and timbre for aural verification when you choose.
All of the above runs on your device.
4. Permissions
- Microphone: Required for listening features. You can revoke access anytime in system Settings. Listening will stop working; manual pitch playback remains available.
5. Third Parties & Tracking
- No advertising SDKs; we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for tracking.
- No cross-app or cross-website tracking.
- Core features do not require sign-in or cloud accounts.
6. Retention
Audio used for analysis is not persisted as uploaded recordings. On-device preferences remain until you delete the App or clear related data.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
8. International Transfers
Because audio and core settings are processed and kept on-device, the App does not transfer your recordings to servers in other countries or regions for core functionality.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the effective date on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via the App or this page where appropriate.
